Me and my mom just came in from Zamboanga del Sur --- Molave and Pagadian. Made a few stops like Iligan and Ozamis.
Fitline is starting to spread around the island of Mindanao, getting a handful of users experiencing great results. To a more valuable input, Fitline has touched different lives of Filipinos especially here in the southern part of the Philippines. To this day, our products are being promoted to the elite and high end users, to the class A and upper B class, but as the need arises and Filipinos becoming health conscious these days, even the middle class are beginning to be educated with the quality results we are sharing to them to improve their lives.
We are creating now new users in Molave and Pagadian, a certain Judge Quinto who just had a stroke (for 5th time) improving his health and condition now with just using the Cell Energy Set or CES (Optimal Set). Even to local doctors the CES is being appreciated as well teaming it/ accompanying it with our Q10 for faster response especially taken together with their regular medicine. Business people and politicians who are tied up with their busy schedule are giving them better stamina and endurance for their whole day events.
With a short-time given to the City of Iligan, we have encountered business people (like the Pinakurat Vinegar owners) as well as local politicians (the Geronas). These users are also using the Fitline's CES.

6 Essential Flat-Belly Foods as posted on Yahoo
Even if you've spent the past months dieting yourself into fit form, a few poor food choices each week can quickly add up to a juggernaut of jiggle well before Labor Day. Don't believe us? Consider the caloric damage of typical summer activities—weekly backyard BBQs provide pounds of juicy burgers topped with gobs of high-calorie condiments; ice cream dates offer options of double and triple scoops, smothered in sugar-packed and fat-blasted toppings; and seasonal drink choices (the kind you add umbrellas to and sip from faux-coconuts) guarantee you'll wash it all down with hundreds of extra calories. Not exactly flat-belly fare.
That's why Eat This, Not That! has developed this list of six essential summer foods. The more of these bulge-battlers you eat, the better your chances of keeping those abs flat throughout this skin-baring season.
QUINOA
Per ¼ cup:170 calories2.5 g fat7 g protein3 g fiber
For starters, anytime you choose a whole-grain product over one made from nutrient-stripped white flour, you wage war against belly fat. Penn State researchers found that dieters who ate whole-grains lost twice as much belly fat as those who stuck to white-flour products—even though they'd consumed the same number of calories. What's more, quinoa contains twice the belly-filling protein as regular cereal grains, fewer glucose-raising carbohydrates, and even a handful of healthy fats. So start your day off with a cup of cooked quinoa combined with a ½ cup of milk and ½ cup of blueberries—microwave for 60 seconds, and you have a delicious (and slimming) alternative to your traditional oatmeal. Bob's Red Mill Organic Quinoa won "Best Grain" in Men's Health's Best Foods Awards 2009.
GREEN TEA
0 calories
Catechins, the powerful antioxidants found in green tea, are known to increase metabolism. A study by Japanese researchers found that participants who consumed 690 milligrams of catechins from green tea daily had significantly lower body mass indexes and smaller waist measurements than those in a control group. It's safe to say that green tea is one of the best beverages for your health—a stark contrast to any of these 20 unhealthiest drinks in America. Avoid those belt-buckling drinks at all costs.
KEFIR
Per cup: 174 calories2 g fat14 g protein3 g fiber
Think of kefir as drinkable yogurt, or an extra-thick, protein-packed smoothie. In either case, this delicious dairy product is a belly-blasting essential. Beyond the satiety-inducing protein, the probiotics in kefir may also speed weight loss. British scientists found that these active organisms boosted the breakdown of fat molecules in mice, preventing the rodents from gaining weight. The researchers still need to prove the finding in humans, but there's no danger in downing probiotic-packed products. We like Lifeway Lowfat Blueberry Kefir—it contains L. casei, the same probiotic used in the study.
AVOCADO
Per avocado:322 calories29 g fat (4 g saturated, 20 g monounsaturated)13 g fiber4 g protein
Never fear this full-fat Mediterranean-diet staple: It's teeming with healthy monounsaturated fats (also found in olive oil), which have been linked to lowered LDL cholesterol levels and weight loss. In fact, a recent longitudinal study published in The New England Journal of Medicine found that the healthy-fat Mediterranean diet was more effective than a diet that avoided fats altogether—so go ahead and indulge!
EGGS
Per 1 large scrambled egg:102 calories7 g fat (2 g saturated)7 g protein
A British study found that people who increased the percentage of protein-based calories in their diet burned 71 more calories a day (that's 7.4 pounds a year!). Jumpstart your metabolism as soon as you wake up with a protein-rich breakfast of scrambled eggs. (Go to eatthis.com for other great no-diet weight-loss secrets.)
GRAPEFRUIT
Per grapefruit:104 calories4 g fiber2 g protein
A grapefruit a day in addition to your regular meals can speed weight loss. The fruit's acidity slows digestion, meaning it takes longer to move through your system, and you'll end up feeling fuller, and more satisfied, for longer. And the vitamin C-packed grapefruit works to lower cholesterol and decrease risk of stroke, heart disease, and some types of cancer.

Insoluble Fiber in Our Basic Plus Drink

About Insoluble Fiber
Insoluble fiber is made up from the structural material of the cell walls of land plants. It accounts for ½ the weight of the plant and is among the most abundant fibers in nature. It consists of cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin. While they can "hold" water, insoluble fiber does not dissolve in water (some hemicellulose fibers are water soluble). In addition to creating a feeling of fullness in the stomach, insoluble fiber's water-holding quality helps to create bulk and moisture in stools. Insoluble fiber is sometimes referred to as a "No-carbohydrate" carbohydrate because it passes through the gastrointestinal tract mostly undigested (the human body does not have the enzymes to break them down). Additionally, unlike soluble fiber, insoluble fibers are not metabolized by intestinal bacteria.
Good Sources of Insoluble Fiber
The skins of many fruits and vegetables, seeds, nuts, wheat, and whole grains (also whole grain breads, cereals and pasta) are good sources of insoluble fiber. Though all plant cells contain both soluble and insoluble fibers in varying amounts, some foods are more abundant in one type of fiber. Some foods especially rich in the insoluble type of fiber are: grapes, prunes, apple skins, pear skins, berries, celery, beets, carrots, brussels sprouts, turnips, cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, rhubarb, red chard, asparagus, corn, pop corn, kidney beans, potato skins, and bran.
What Is the Function of Insoluble Fiber in Stool Formation?
What Is the Function of Insoluble Fiber in Stool Formation?
The foods we eat are broken down into a liquid form as they are processed for digestion. After the nutrients are absorbed, undigested particles of insoluble fiber are passed along with left over particles as liquid waste (called feces) to the colon. It is the job of the colon to form stools from feces and eliminate them from the body. Through muscular action, called haustral churning, the colon extracts water from the liquid feces as it moves through the tubular shaped colon. The rhythmic churning of the muscles agitate the liquid feces, cast it against the interior of the colon, and propel it forward through the colon. This unique churning action maximizes water absorption. Heavier fecal particles tumble down the colon wall. These heavier particles collect to form a fecal mix. This process continues until most of the water absorbed from the mix. Along with the insoluble fiber, the remaining particles of this mix are formed into stools. In water one gram of insoluble fiber swells to about twenty times its original size. This water retaining quality permits some of the moisture to be retained in the stool while it is being formed. This gives the stool volume and weight. Volume and weight stimulates the colon muscles and helps to speed stool along. Speedy stool transit time helps to keep stools from becoming dried out as just the right amount of water is extracted from the waste matter. In addition, these water logged fibers help to prevent the stool from becoming dried out after they have been formed.
Can Stools Dry Out From Being Withheld?
Yes. The swollen insoluble fibers can counter the water extracting action of the colon only for a limited period of time. Stools that are withheld eventually dry out as the insoluble fibers are compelled, by the muscular action of the colon, to release their trapped moisture. The colon has no memory cells. As long as stimulus from the nerve cells lining the colon report to the brain that there is fecal matter to be processed, the colon continues to do its job of extracting water even after stools are formed. Once the stools have become dried out, the body does not have an alternate means to re-hydrate the fiber in stools. The result? Constipation(dry), hard stools that are difficult to pass. A prompt response helps to prevent stools from becoming dried out and hard.To ensure the elimination of well formed quality stools, respond when the urge to "go" is activated and avoid withholding stools.

Uniqueness of the Fitline Products
No strength and no energy?
The reason for this could be a lack of minerals and vitamins Scientific studies have shown that healthy foods such as fruits and vegetables no longer have the content of minerals and vitamins they had 15 years ago. That is why an increasing number of people is looking for a sensible supplement to their foods.
FitLine – excellent and unique
Targeted nutritional supplement for highest demands
The development of FitLine products always depends on the latest findings of nutritional science, medical discoveries and legal requirements. All this, together with the newest nutrients and vital substances as well as the latest quality standards and methods of production under the constant surveillance of nutritional scientists and technologists, flows into the manufacture of the FitLine products. The pillar of the unique effects of the FitLine products is the exclusive Nutrient Transport Concept (NTC), developed by us.
Results, Quality and Safety
That is what characterizes the FitLine products and makes them unique.
It is not just important WHAT we eat, but, in particular, HOW MUCH of it we absorb into our bodies. The Nutrient Transport Concept (NTC), developed by an international team of experts makes sure that the valuable nutrients and vital substances in the FitLine products are transported in the best and fastest possible way to the place they are needed, to our body’s cells. NTC (Nutrient Transport Concept) Through the high efficiency of the nutrient transport, the FitLine Nutrient transport Concept (NTC) ensures, for example, a significantly quicker and 5-10 times higher bioavailability of the nutrients and vital substances than in comparable products. Scientifically proven!
Nutrient synergy effects
Better and faster results
The FitLine products have been produced according to the latest scientific findings. By the right combination of ingredients to an ingredient group, a combined effort of the ingredients as a team results. Combinations like this are much more effective than single doses of nutrients and vital substances. That means. Better results through the synergetic combined efforts of the individual nutrients and vital substances.
Can I trust the FitLine products?
Safety with a seal of quality The FitLine products conform to the strictest international controls on quality and purity of the Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). These guidelines are the currently most modern standard of quality and purity. Although nutritional supplements do not have to be produced according to the GMP guidelines, we produce according to these standards.
In addition, our products are under the constant, voluntary control of the “Swiss Vitamin Institute” in Lausanne . This means for you, more quality and safety.
